WormstacheDean stopped walking. Castiel had been walking a step behind him, but for the last five steps, he was not there. Dean grimaced and turned around. Castiel was crouched down poking at something in the dirt.
"Come on, Cas, get a move on."
"What is this, Dean?" Castiel asked, pulling a small pink worm from the ground.
Dean recoiled in disgust. "It's a worm. Put it down, Cas." Castiel grabbed the opposite end of the worm with his other hand and pulled it straight. He brought his hands closer, letting the worm go limp before stretching it out again. "Seriously, dude, let go of the worm."
Castiel held the worm over his upper lip and stared at Dean. "Wormstache."
Dean rolled his eyes, turning away from the angel and continued walking to the Impala, leaving Castiel.
"When you're done, I'll be at the motel."
Castiel tilted his head to the side, tilting his wormstache, as well. "I don't understand." Dean got into his car and drove off. Castiel squinted and flew

Chapter Two: John Watson
"Sir, Doctor John Watson has appeared in the main lab," JARVIS announced.
Tony choked on his coffee. "What?" Pepper hit him on his back.
"Shall I lock-down the lab equipment, sir?"
"Yes, JARVIS," Pepper replied. "Tony will be down in a sec. Explain."
Tony took another sip of coffee to clear his throat after his coughing fit. "I don't know. I didn't plan for him to appear in the lab, if that's what you're asking."
"Sorry," Bruce said, "but what are you talking about?" Bruce had moved into the tower after the Chitauri battle. Tony and Pepper joined him after their Malibu home was blown up. It was still being rebuilt.
"You remember that teleporter we were working on. I disappeared for six days and when I got back I shut down any work on it?"
"Well, some excess energy was leaking from my old arc reactor and it caused the ma

Chapter One: Tony Stark
Mycroft was having a good day. All of his investments were running smoothly and the English government had not yet collapsed.
A bright flash startled the large man from his afternoon cuppa and almost made him drop his biscuit.
A thin, black haired man was sprawled in the middle of his private room at the Diogenes Club. He had the strangest articles of clothing on: pants that were made from a rough looking blue material, a black shirt with short sleeves over a dark grey shirt—made from the same material—rolled up to his elbows, and shoes with soles that looked more black than the white they were supposed to be.
"Ugh," the man grunted, moving his arms to push himself up. Mycroft set his biscuit and tea cup back on the tray. He picked up the bell and rang it, signaling to the butler to bring another cup and more biscuits.
"Good man, are you alright?" Mycro
Always AloneThe Doctor stood at the console, back facing the doors, idling flipping a toggle switch. This was the last time he would see her. They had just gotten back from the Singing Towers of Delirium. He had cried, just like she said he would. He didn't want to let her go.
"Sweetie?" River asked from the open doors that led into her apartment. "Are you going to be alright?"
The Doctor nodded, still not facing his wife. Her heels clicked across the glass floor and she pulled him into a hug, holding him tight.
"I could stay another couple of weeks, if you'd like."
The Doctor pulled back, faced her and shook his head. "You have a job to get back to Professor River Song. A job that will offer you grand opportunities. Besides, I think we've traveled together enough for right now, don't you think?"
River smiled sadly at her husband. "It'll be okay, Doctor, I promise you." She pulled him back into a hug. He buried his head into her shoulder and curls, wrapping his arms tight around her waist
Hath No FearGiving yourself completely up to fear is kinda like falling in love: You can't pin point exactly when it started and by the time you realize that you are surrounded by that sensation it's already game over. Just like the image of the person you are in love with starts creeping out from every unexpected corner, fear never leaves your side when you give it a welcome stay. After a restless sleep, it starts beating anxiously in your heart the moment you wake up in the morning and commands all your thoughts and actions throughout the day. It is nothing short of a prison, except you are the only inmate and the warden never takes a break. Ever.
I do not exactly remember when I let fear occupy my being but I remember the exact moment when I realized I was ruled by it. It was late in the afternoon, everybody was out there 'getting busy living' and I had locked myself inside my bed half awake, not particularly finding any valid reason to get out of it. Then I was awakened from a nightmare by my
