Great poster, lucky you had people in your group who actually know what Death Note is. In my school, hardly anyone likes anime. So, this is how it would go for me should I have been in your situation:
Me: "I GOT IT!" Group: -stares expectantly- Me: "We'll use Death Note as our little theme; it's got a great plot that matches with Antigone! Group Member #1: WTF is Death Note? Sounds like the antichrist. Me: OTL;; Well--I..it kind of--uh.. Group Member #2: Yeah, seriously, how lame is that. What is it, some kind of lame sitcom? Me: Uh..well..it's..uh... Group Member #3: Sounds like some kind of epic love note; like a horror movie. Ffffff Me: IT'S A FREAKIN' ANIME OKAY?! Group: -stares with the WTF face- Group Members: ...Freak... Me:
haha well, rly only one other person in my group actually KNOWS the plot, but another kinda knows what it is and i think they rly only agreed to it cuz i would make the video and it solved our main problem of thinking of a theme and such.
Ahaaa, my boyfriend is usually on the phone with me when I'm conveniently reading Kuroshitsuji and whenever the character Sebastian did something cute or funny, all he'd hear is, "AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW SEBAST-CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!! I LOOOVE YOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUU!!!!" Thankfully, he gives me my moments like that. 8D
Other people, however, usually go, "Why are you reading that book backwards?" And then the anime-otaku rant commenses. >3
hahaha post ppl in my school...or at least the ppl that ask, recognize my books as manga. i think the next person that asks why are you reading the book backwards, you should just reply that you're a rebel and its more fun to read the end before the beginning XXD
